The Science Fiction Museum (SFM) combines artifacts and information creating "alternative worlds" where  the complexities of science, art, culture and the humanities are reframed.  The Hall of Fame honors the legends and luminaries that have shaped humanity's visions of the future ranging from Mary Shelley and H.G. Wells to Sir Arthur C. Clarke and Robert Heinlein.  Explore the ways in which science fiction has inspired technological advances and scientific leaders, shaped the way we see ourselves and others, and colored our cultural imagination. From time travel to utopian worlds to aliens and monsters, the Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame invites visitors to ponder the earth’s limitless possibilities.

SFM is co-located with Experience Music Project in the landmark Frank Gehry building at the base of the Space Needle in Seattle.
